Using the rolls we developed last week Roger (lecture) showed us how to use the Enlarger and how to do a test print to work out the light exposure and aperture before we tried to print one. We placed the negative into a slide that slots into the Enlarger. Then switched the Enlarger on and focus the image. Next we placed a piece of light sensitive paper and exposed it to light blocking a section off every 2 secs to see which exposure made the best image. Once we done this we were all set to print off a print. Instead of using the trays to develop the prints we used the developer machine. All you have to do is slide the print in one end and it comes out developed the other end which takes only a few mins.
