This week we all met at winter wonderland to work on some more long exposure images with lights. Our main subject was the big wheel because of the lights and movement. Once we had all arrived we decided to go across the road to the car park as this looked a good position to take our 1st lot of shot's. From this vantage point we were able to recored movement in traffic as well as the big wheel and the rest of the fairground. After a couple of shots we moved onto a 2nd and 3rd location to capture the wheel from different positions. We all used tripods because of the long exposer times,it would of been impossible to get a sharp image without. All of us used the standard lens which came with our camera's but it would of been a better idea to use a 300mm lens as we remained outside the grounds. I did remember to fetch my Lensbaby Fisheye with me and got the moon and Jupiter just above the wheel in one of the images.

Like these shots! The long exposure works well and the blurred effect adds to the atmosphere of a cold winters night, while giving the feeling of momentum.
